Level Up AI Day

A hands-on AI workshop for business owners and their teams. Most people use AI like a search bar. In 3.5 hours, you'll learn to use it like a staff.

Tue, Nov 10 · 1–4:30 PM · State College, PA · 3.5 hours · Bring a laptop

For business owners, nonprofit leaders, and professionals in State College who want to level up their AI.

Most people use ChatGPT to write a newsletter or summarize a document. That's useful, but the real time savings come from systems that connect to your actual accounts, run on their own, notice what matters, and tell you. You still make the calls and send the messages. The grunt work goes away, and your time goes back to the people you serve.

What you could build

Here are a few examples of what's possible. You'll build what fits your work.

For business owners, that could look like:

  • A customer brain. Every sales call, support request, and piece of product feedback flows into one place, so you always know what customers are asking for, and everything you build starts from their voice.
  • A pipeline watcher that spots deals going cold and tells you who to call today.
  • A morning briefing built from your email, calendar, bank, and sales.

For nonprofit and church leaders, that could look like:

  • A weekly care list pulled from visitor, donor, and birthday records that shows who to reach out to and why.
  • Volunteer gap alerts that flag empty slots before Sunday, not during it.
  • Giving and attendance reports built from your real data, ready for the board.

For professionals, that could look like:

  • A prep brief before every call, using your calendar and research on who you're meeting.
  • A promise tracker that catches what you committed to in meetings and reminds you before it slips.
  • Your CRM, spreadsheets, and project tools kept in sync, with no copying by hand.
What you walk away with

A complete, advanced setup in your choice of ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, or Grok Bots. It's connected to your accounts and works on your desktop and your phone.
